What is the 18W Quick Charge Plug option? Is it required?
The 18W Quick Charge Plug is a high wattage wall plug that is essential for the charger to deliver its rapid charging speeds.

If you already possess a 18W Quick Charge Plug, you won't need to acquire one. However, if you have a conventional phone charger, you'll need a 18W Quick Charge Plug , or the charger won't function optimally.

The 18W Quick Charge Plug enables rapid charging speeds that are up to 4 times faster than traditional chargers.

What is the function of the light indicator?
The light indicator can be managed using the touchpad button located at the base of the charger.

It features two distinct modes:

Blue Light:
Indicates Optimal Charging

Flashing Blue Light:
Signals Incorrect Charging, which may be caused by foreign object detection, misalignment, or other errors.

Can I use a metal phone case?
Metal objects may affect the coil induction, please ensure no metal parts on charging position for both of device and phone.It is recommended that the thickness of phone protector case ≤ 2.5mm(0.1inch).

The phone disconnects automatically after charging for a while?
This may be caused by unstable voltage, please do not use computer or other devices to power wireless charging, please use the charging cable and fast charger in our box.
